Environmental Audits

EMSA-Ekosystem specializes in independent, purpose-oriented audits of care status of individual environmental components including proposals of remedial measures and implementation of related activities:

• Environmental audits in connection with property changes focused on identifying loads (contamination of soil, underground water, constructional structures) and obligations following from failure to meet legal and other requirements, connected with the land, property or industrial plant to be sold
• Evaluation of industrial plants or their parts from the viewpoint of adherence to relevant legal regulations, valid and in the process of preparation in the field of environmental protection, decisions or standpoints of administrative bodies and other relevant standards (for example, local regulations, requirements of parties concerned etc.) including internal regulations and standards

Waste Management

Water Management

• Elaboration of application for integrated permit pursuant to Act No. 76/2002 Coll. in the extent of Regulation No. 554/2002 Coll., which defines the standard for the application for integrated permit
• Participation in discussing the application for integrated permit with bodies and organizations concerned, both in the preparatory phase as well as within the framework of the whole administrative procedure to issue an integrated permit
• Consulting services in the field of IPPC – Evaluation of the facility status from the viewpoint of BAT/BREF; analysis of topical nature of the integrated permit from the viewpoint of the facility operator’s needs; evaluation of operating plant compliance with conditions defined for its operation by the integrated permit
